BUILDING DESIGN We have dedicated Architectural Design and Structural Design sections that are happy to quote for any size of project from domestic house extensions to larger industrial/commercial projects. Please see our design portfolio for typical recent examples of our work. We generally prefer to make an initial site visit to discuss our potential Clients’ proposals following which, we commonly provide a firm written no obligation quotation for our design fees. We pride ourselves on offering wherever possible, a complete design package, including preparation of plans and specifications and structural calculations, all liaison with the Local Authority departments and any matters relating to the Party Wall etc Act 1996. On larger projects we also are pleased to prepare Tender documents and specifications and to assist in analysing the Tenders once returned by the prospective contractors. We can assist with your project co-ordination and also advise on matters relating to the CDM Regulations 2007. |
